• Returns and exchanges on in stock items after 30 days of the invoice date will not be accepted.

• Returns and exchanges on in stock items made within 30 days of invoice date must be authorized and are subject to a 25% restocking charge, at the discretion of the sales manager.

• Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. Any form of reimbursement will be in the original form of payment. 

• No returns or exchanges on special order items.

• Circuit Breakers are Not Returnable.

Limited Warranty

All refurbished and new equipment sold by Canadian Industrial Electrical Supply Ltd., is guaranteed to be free of defect for a period one year (unless described otherwise) from the time of product received by customer, under the condition that the product has been installed and operated properly. This warranty is honored by Canadian Industrial Electrical Supply Ltd., and is not a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty excludes all items sold "as-is". All items proven defective within the one year period will be replaced by Canadian Industrial Electrical Supply Ltd. In the event that we cannot provide a replacement your monies will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any consequential losses or damages outside of the defective product as well as any replacements or repairs performed by another party without our written authorization.
